One accountable partner, from first sketch to series production
Nordmould manages plastic injection-moulding projects end to end — design review, tooling, trial shots and production — through a vetted EU partner network. You deal with one person, get written quotes and firm schedules, and your contracts sit under EU law at every stage.
Three tiers for every stage of your product
3D-printed and soft-tool prototypes to verify form and fit before you commit to metal tooling. The fastest tier — built for design validation and pre-investor samples.
Aluminium tooling producing real moulded parts in production-intent materials, from 100 pieces up to several thousand. Shorter lead time than steel, far cheaper per part than 3D printing.
Hardened-steel tooling built for longevity, dimensional consistency and certified-quality output — for OEMs moving into repeatable, high-volume series manufacture.
Built for companies underserved by big moulders and Asian sourcing
Large moulders are unresponsive to low volumes; Asian sourcing is opaque and slow. Nordmould's offer is deliberately straightforward — published starting prices, fast written quotes, and a free design review.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity at Nordmould?
Nordmould accepts orders from 100 pieces. This applies across all three service tiers — Rapid, Bridge, and Production — making it a practical option for startups and low-volume product companies that larger moulders routinely decline.
How much does injection mould tooling cost?
Nordmould's tooling starts from €3,000. Aluminium tools for Bridge tier work are at the lower end; hardened-steel production tools for high-volume certified series sit higher. You receive a written quote before committing.
How long does tooling take?
Lead time runs from 4 to 11 weeks depending on tool complexity and material. Aluminium tooling for short runs is typically faster; hardened-steel production tooling takes longer. Nordmould provides a firm schedule in writing at quote stage.
Which countries does Nordmould serve?
Nordmould serves Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, and Iceland — the eight Baltic and Nordic countries. Parts are produced within the EU, so there are no import duties or cross-border customs delays for customers in the region.
What is a free DFM review?
Send Nordmould a STEP file or PDF of your part and you receive a written Design for Manufacturability note at no charge. The note flags wall-thickness issues, draft angles, undercuts, and gate locations before tooling begins — avoiding costly rework later.
What materials can Nordmould mould?
Standard materials include ABS, PC, PMMA, PP, POM, TPE, and TPU. Engineering grades are available on request. Material selection guidance is included in the free DFM review.
Is there IP risk using a Baltic/Nordic partner?
Production operates entirely within EU jurisdiction. Contracts are governed by EU law, NDAs are enforceable through local courts, and there is no risk of the IP exposure that has historically accompanied Asian sourcing.
